Had been to 2 other fone zone/telstra dealers, all had told me there is nothing the can do to help me... i went to the fone zone in willows shoppingcentre... the young man working there help me with all my problems re guarding my mobile. i walked out of that shop with a brand new mobile at minimal extra cost. it was stated in my contract that i was intitle to a new mobile if my was to break. this fella was the only one who helped me out of all the place i have ever been to. i will alway got to this fone zone as i know i will be served correctly, and my needs will be met.
