Great company. Everything i needed they accommodated for and the staff are so friemdly and helpful
My phone was fixed promptly and the service was exceptional. Cost was competitive if not cheaper than other establishments I looked into.

Screen looks as good as new, I also had a screen protector put on while I was there, they did such a good job putting it on you cannot even tell it has one!!! very happy with the service and could not recommend them enough!
Arranged to have LCD replaced on wife's iPad Mini and due to illness had to use mail in. Quick turnaround and $50 cheaper than nearest other quote. Recommended.

Sent my wife's iPad mini in for digitizer replacement, which was fixed within the day (Sat). The digitizer developed a fault, which was traced back to a broken connection from when the iPad was initially dropped. Fone Ezy investigated the fault and coordinated with Apple for the iPad to be replaced, at no extra cost. The service was great - friendly, informative and efficient. Will definitely be going there again.

I had a smashed LCD on my iPhone. Living in a small rural town 3.5 hours from Perth makes it hard to pop-in somewhere to get it fixed.
Sent my phone on Monday, Foneezy received it Tuesday, fixed it and it was back in the post Tuesday and I received it on Wednesday... Cant ask for better than that :)

I have fixed my smashed iPhone screen and the home bottom at the FoneEzy. I was more than happy about the service I have received. It only took me around one hour to get my phone fixed and the price was reasonable. Great experience.
I've had the unfortunate luck to have become a loyal customer to this place. But I can not complain. First my iPad mini needed a screen replacement after it was shattered. They were cheaper & had a quicker turnaround than most places I visited. Same day service (I dropped it off around 1 & it was ready by 5pm same day for $140 flat). Next it was my iphone 5 with a shattered screen. Cheaper yet again than all of the other places in the neighborhood. Fixed within a half hour!! For $120 flat. The customer service is great, they even remembered me from my first visit. They included screen protectors at no extra charge both times.
They are super friendly and don't try to sell you any extras. Replacement comes with a 3 month warranty.

Couldn't fault anything, customer service was great, the lowest price I found for my repair and the time it took to fix was great.
The service was very friendly, the staff made sure customer's happiness is the main priority, I did wait a bit longer (15 minutes) as my phone was said to be fixed at 1pm but was bit late. Overall great service.

Thank you Ethan, you are life saver, you don't know how important this phone is to me, all my family photos from overseas trip were in it. I cried out when I found it was among washed clothes from washing matching. You fixed it for me , now I transferred all photos to my computer as you advised. I don't care if this phone is going to last or not because I have all my precious memories saved. Love you guys.
The manager: "Jack" has been fantastic! Very helpful, kind helpful and very friendly. (Also the work that gets done on repairing the devices is totally unbelievable) I would definitely recommend this business to anyone nationwide.

Update: FoneEzy sent out the damaged parts to me at no charge. My phone won't be 100% back to normal but it should be looking good at a glance. :)
I had my HTC One M8 repaired here after smashing my screen. They appeared to have the best price. Everything went really well until I inspected my bottom speaker grill. It has taken damage to the plastic where it looks like they pried the screen off. Obviously a difficult phone to repair but at little care should have prevented it.

My kid broke my Samsung Galaxy S 5, can't survive without my phone, found FoneEZY , in and out, only spent 20 minutes, excellent job.My phone looks brand new now,highly recommend
