Fluppies

Fluppies has changed ownership. I ordered a puppy graduation cap and paid express postage and didn't arrive on time which was 4 days later. I live in Australia the business is in Australia. When I messaged the new owner I was told they are made to order which is not explained on the website anywhere. I asked for a refund because I know need to buy another one and I was told NO and she said you are not my only customer and they are made to order and if you wanted it overnight you should have said. I said I didn't want it overnight but paying express you would have thought it would come within that week. So rude I wouldn't buy from this business the customer service is rude and for a new owner this business will not survive if she treats customers this way.
I just received my cap its big enough to fit a barbie doll not a dog, the top is crooked and the sewing is a joke. If anyone wants pictures let me know.
