Terrible unprofessional service, nearly cost us the sale of our house and subsequent purchase of another due to their complete incompetence and lack of responsibility - use someone else!

They are very professional and get the job done right every time.

We used Floreat Settlements to purchase a house, having found them through the RAC. The business did not communicate as proactively as we required. Our settlement date was changed without consultation and the titles were not sent through until requested. We were unhappy with the service.

We used these guys as settlement agents when we bought our unit and they were great. A reasonable price, excellent professional service (including going to a Justice of the Peace at the last minute when they could have told me to do it). I was so happy with the itemised account that was provided in a timely manner, and how smoothly the settlement ran. I would definitely use them again!
