I had Flinders service my air-conditioning, and I was happy with the service at this time.
The dissapointment came when I asked for assistance 'beyond the call of duty' with a warranty claim against the manufacturer. From here, responses from Flinders were tardy, and largely unhelpful. Luckily I was able to resolve the issue without Flinders, but it is still a bit dissappointing. They left me stranded.
Otherwise, the service was good.
Troy was very innovative and worked around any problems that came up on the job. He fixed my daughters air conditioning system and she is very happy with the work that he did.
