The worst service I've ever experienced, the entire shop was empty so there was no excuse for neglecting my personal travel needs. I had approached a female travel consultant about trips to pacific islands, at first she seemed eager to show me various travel areas and hot spots i might be interested in. But after a few mins she wasn't as attentive a travel consultant should be. Neglected my needs as i specified a particular island I preferred to go to, so I left and booked my trip elsewhere.
