Michelle Harvey is a superb and excellent team leader. She is always there above and beyond! Very pleasant and courteous. She lead me by my hand the whole time while on vacation! I would highly recommend using her for any future trips!
Easy, organized, very busy sometimes we had to wait too long to be served, friendly. had all the answers to our questions, I would recommend them to anyone I know, in fact I have. I have used their service on a number of occasions. They are always friendly and always have a smile on their face, they are polite and courteous to all the clients. They were even on first name basis with some of their clientele. As if they were life long friends. Excellent experience.
