Courtney at Flight Centre Mordialloc has been our travel agent now for a few years and she is fantastic. We tend to travel in large groups which could be a pain to organise but she does a great job, quick to answer enquires and very friendly. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a travel agent.

Terrible. The agent who made my bookings went on leave weeks before I left without letting me know so my emails all went unanswered! Then the next agent was outbid office sick when I asked for last minute support and advice. Currently overseas with no responses to my emails. Wouldn't EVER use them again!

Outstanding service, went there with my mum and the staff were very friendly. gave us great information that was easy to understand.

No follow up was offered and we were not kept up to date at the time of trouble in Bangkok when there was trouble - which was the time we were there - quite disappointing that we were not contacted by the company
