Dropped in to get a quote for a holiday. Staff member "Fiona" was busy but took my details and said she would email in a day or two. I emailed her a few days later to check and she replied that she had just started getting prices and would email soon. Three weeks later I emailed again to say that I had booked elsewhere as I had not heard from her. She didn't even bother to acknowledge this email.
Service and staff are friendly and can relate to customers. The pricing of flights are not the cheapest and then there service is added on making it fairly expensive. Overall the company charges to much but service is good.
