Flight Centre

I wanted to make a complaint about a travel consultant at Flight Centre Customer Relations but for my safety I cannot give the consultants name to them and I did not want to give my name. They told me they could not pursue my investigation any further if I did not provide the consultants name. What about my privacy Flight Centre and my safety? If I give the consultants name my life will be in danger and Flight Centre do not care.
