Visited the store one morning where all of my details and plans were taken & was told Ihat the agent woul get back to me within a few days. Heard nothing back 1 week later. Agent told me she would get backto me. Still nothing. I sent her an email requesting follow up etc. NO REPLY. Couldnt belive the lack of service. I have since foumd a more responsive travel agent.
