Flight Centre

My husband and I would never recommend Capalaba Flight Centre to anyone. The staff don't keep in touch regularly when dealing with clients about their travel plans. We always had to email first and that took a few attempts before we even got a any kind of response. So very disappointed and unhappy as I have not been overseas and wanted to be fully assured and feel comfortable about our travel plans. It looks to me like the staff are not fully fulfilling their roles and giving the customer the respect and support they deserve. So sad indeed!!!! My husband and I decided to continue our travel plans with Flight Centre at Cleveland. instead.

We are currently dealing with Bridget Stancic at the Capalaba Flight Centre Office and we have never been happier and more satisfied with her customer service.
We will start booking with her only as soon we are able to fly overseas.

Kristy Lee is one of the best! She always helped me with my silly questions and never made me feel like an idiot for asking them, not only was she informative she was an experienced traveler with a great personality. I have had the opportunity to use the Flight centre within the last year and I have been extremely impressed with their professionalism

I don't think I will be able to afford a holiday yet, but the staff where incredibly friendly and helpful :)

I have gotten a few quotes from Flight Centre and have found their prices to be fairly reasonable. Although sometimes can be a little overpriced for the most basic holiday.

I had booked several holidays with them. I was very happy with the service and the price. They always try to give me the best price and beat others offers at least by 10% so I save sometimes hundreds.
