Lovely people to deal with but it always takes a while to be recognised. Booked entire holiday with ease. No real problems during trip. Offered great advice and ideas. spoke from experience. Does add cost to flights etc but then you know its all booked properly.
Very impressed with our local flight centre. We usually use an online agent for our bookings, but were needing cheaper flights in a hurry. Flight centre guarantee lowest prices and they deliver! Not by much, but any saving is a good saving!
We are frequent travellers, both domestically and internationally, as we are always looking for the best deal. We are heading to Hawaii in 8 weeks, and had booked everything except airfares.
Flight centre have a price guarantee, so we dropped in, showed them the prices we had gotten online, and asked if they could better them. They did, and we are now happily booked.
Normally the travel consultant I deal there is great. But on the weekend I went to a travel expo and I saw the travel consultant at the expo by accident and he said any enquiries I had for expo deals for me to email him. I found a deal so I emailed him. The next day he sent me a rather abrupt email back to me and said for me to book with another Flight Centre closer to where I am and he said he would be away for a month. He should have informed me of this when I saw him at the expo but no he was all pleasant to me at the expo and then he sends me an abrupt kind of email refusing to help me. He has even said in the past that I could book with him but now he has for some reason decided to change his tune. When he first moved there he watned my business but now he has built up his clients there he now does not want my business?
They were flat out the day we called in for a flight to America. They were very polite and had us booked in no time at all. The deal was also a little cheaper then I expected.
