We knew where we wanted to go and what we wanted to pay. It pays to do your research first on websites and though the travel catalogues. When we went in, we know what price we ought to be paying and they were able to match it. Service was friendly, no pressure to book there and then. We took away the quote, considered it and the following day went and paid for our trip.

Staff were helpful, although i did feel a little pressured in choosing where to stay and on what dates to travel. Costs were reasonable. But overall, thy were pleasant to deal with.

I've had good and bad experiences at this travel agency. Sometimes you can wait what seems like a lifetime to be served. However, once you get served you are usually treated very well. There were a couple of stuff ups in relation to a holiday we booked, but overall I think they're okay.
