From site inspection to Ikea advice and plan checking these wizards are genuinely what you would expect from a professional on time operation. His advice and leads to other trades has born fruit and turned the renovation of our unit into a much easier than anticipated project.

The price was so reasonable as well. Thinking of putting it together yourself? DON’T!!!!!!! The attention to detail and his expert experience made all the difference. Ian and his team built the entire kitchen, overcame incorrect delivery issues (the IKEA team, nothing to do with Ian) to finish the job with enough time to spare to do another install downstairs of some cabinetry. The best tradesmen we've ever had in the house.

I don't usually do surveys or reviews, but this time I highly recommend Flatpack Wizzard for Ikea installations. Ian and Andrew did an amazing job installing my new kitchen! They pulled out the old one of about 40 years, made an unusual and rather interesting discovery beneath it and even put a couple of the existing cabinets under the house to become new work benches. Nothing was too much for them! I am very happy with my new kitchen and everything else. I would also recommend both Pauls from DC Electrical and James the plumber! Thank you Ian and Andrew for a job well done!!

This was my first experience with Ikea flatpck kitchens. I was very nervous that things may not go as planned on paper. However, Ian and his team did a great job to my satisfaction in the specified time frame. There are very experienced and professional in what they do. Using IKEA’s software and receiving a kitchen in a thousand pieces is an overwhelming process –the idea of putting it together, a nightmare! We are so glad that we had Ian & Andrew from Flat Pack Wizard to oversee our design and ensure our kitchen was installed professionally.

Ian’s knowledge of IKEA products and their configurations enabled him to identify complications in our numerous design drafts. He offered insightful suggestions to make the IKEA products look as customised to our space as possible.

We had our existing kitchen removed (a neat and organised disposal) and our new one installed over 3 days. We were most impressed with Ian and Andrew’s attention to detail, punctuality and professionalism. They are a great team. We also recommend using Ian’s associated tradesmen.

I thoroughly recommend Ian and the team at Flatpack Wizard. They've helped me twice with installing Ikea kitchens and were professional, punctual, courteous and great value for money. Ian even referred me to a plumber and electrician to help finish my kitchen and they were equally as good. Couldn't believe my luck at finding such a great service through a simple web search. As a rule, I don't usually leave feedback online for a product or service that I have received, however I felt compelled to do so on this occasion. Ian from Flatpack Wizard, and his colleague Andrew were nothing short of amazing. From the very first stage of making contact (via Hi-Pages)- Ian took care of each and every stage of our IKEA kitchen renovation. All stages of the works are project managed by Ian, from the initial measure up, removal of your old kitchen, arranging trades people and skip hire, and the installation of your new kitchen. As one that is not handy in any way shape or form, the whole process was taken care of and delivered both on time and also to perfection. I recommend using Ian's trade contacts when engaging his services (Electrician, Plumber, and Skip Hire) as the team not only work well together, they all arrive on time and also deliver first class results - because of this I now have a new Electrician and Plumber who I will use for any future requirements that we may have. Ian's attention to detail, cost, and general quality workmanship makes him your ONLY choice when you next decide to renovate your kitchen.
