Thanks Dean for the install of my pantry cabinets. Very reasonable quote, great efficient work, and best of all everything tidied up afterwards. Would highly recommend Dean.
This is the third time I have used Dean to assemble my Ikea kitchen and laundry. (I do reno's). Prior to finding Dean, I used my builder and/or the firm recommended by Ikea.
Dean is always reliable, efficient and fast. He does a great job and cleans up at the end. He makes sure that the kitchen is installed in accordance with regulations, and adjusts my design to ensure this happens. He comes up with good options and offers me alternatives. He is not a chatty guy - he just gets on with the job. Which is fine by me.
I would recommend him to others. I will certainly be using him again.

Didn't finish the job. Didn't come back when he said he would. Rude and seems to hate what he does. Didn't affix our island to IKEA specifications. He says its to code. IKEA say absolutely not. They don't recommend him anymore. Works fast but cuts corners. Asked for $55 off the bill as we had to finish the job as he didn't return and didn't do the island properly. Within minutes he threatened a debt collector. Invoice only issued 2 days ago. Don't use this guy!
I just had a very similar experience. Very rushed job installing my IKEA kitchen, so was not done properly. I had Dean back to fix the problems, he walked out mid discussion and told me I'll hear from the debt collector! I never had a problem paying the bill...when my kitchen was installed correctly!
Angie it is always disappointing when someone provides feedback online to defame when facts are not correct. As you have decided to take to this forum. A 1.7 day job completed (not rushed) just efficient installers, of course it helps if a consumer provides a correct plan, with correct products. Actually the word 'Debt Collectors was only used when you screamed from your front door that you would not pay, when Dean left your premises due to your abrasive communication, no consultation will happen when another party is not willing to listen and discuss their incorrect plan and supply, non of which was done by the installer.
Your kitchen was installed correctly as per your plan and your verbalised instructions, user error is not installation error.
Dean and Kelly recently did my Kitchen Connection install and out of all the tradies that came through my house during the project, NG were by far the best. They were friendly, professional and most of all did an amazing job. Would definitely hire them again. They went above and beyond in cleaning up and Kelly even spent time showing me the best ways to clean and take care of my new kitchen.
