Paid in full, could not contact them, they went completely MIA, wouldn't pick up calls, emails bounced back, website down, just gone. Finally requested a refund from them as I didn't trust them to even show up, but the funds never arrived and they refused to assist further. Fast forward 2 months and a dispute with the bank, we finally have our refund - thanks to the bank! DO NOT HIRE THEM! Plenty of similar reviews on Facebook bride groups in Brisbane.

Booth!! The staff were friendly and very pleasant to communicate with and held a high level of professionalism. The booth itself was a hit at my event - stunning, elegant, and produced high quality photos. I would absolutely recommend this photo booth!! 10/10
