Very disappointing
You select a date believing it is for delivery but it is only a dispatch date. Despite paying for express delivery my order was delivered 2 days later, missing the occasion it was purchased for.
Service: Gift purchase
I work in marketing and thought I'd give a couple of clients some gift hampers as a thank you for the year working together.
My experience was great and by all accounts the hampers looked very elegant and were full of goodies. I kind of did it last minute but was able to get next day delivery.
I'm waiting to hear the verdict from my clients but everything went very smoothly. I'd recommend their service highly.
I received a hamper from First Class Hampers and was impressed by the quality of the products in the hamper and professional packaging. I then purchased a hamper as a 60th present for an aunty and she was over the moon. Not only was it quality good but great value and prompt service. No more daggy basket but a sleek, sophisticated packaging. Very impressed!
