We contacted Jamal in 2015 to landscape our front yard. He planned it and landscaped to perfection. Our yard looks so pretty and very easy to maintain. We found him to be a complete gentleman and someone who is proud of his work. Would highly recommend him. He will hopefully be redesigning our back yard shortly. Thanks Jamal
Jamal came for a site visit and gave a quote for removing mesh and mulch, stump grinding, put new soil, and turf the backyard. 50% deposit was paid on the given quote and agreed scope of work.
On the day the work performed, Jamal complained that scope of the work has changed while the quote failed to specify the location where mesh and mulch were to be relocated. He was defensive and rude as he raised his voice on me.
After some argument, Jamal left the job and never returned. I asked him to return and finish the job. I even asked him to relocate the mesh and mulch wherever he saw fit. I would then handle the mesh and mulch myself. He refused to return to complete the job.
The job site he left was a complete mess.
