Caring and efficient
I suppose we are all a bit emotional and lost at these times but both my husband and myself appreciated Dean's caring and straight forward manner. Dean explained all our options for the final moments of my brother's time with us. He took care of all the details and kept us notified at each stage. The recommended florist was exceptional as was the celebrant they linked us up with and we cannot thank them enough. Our mums funeral was perfect. I cannot recommend them enough. Such a help in a difficult time

When my world was recently shattered by loss, I reached out to Dean at Final Embrace Funerals. My relative had passed away unexpectedly young and I was in shock, with no idea what to expect, what to do, or how to do it. Dean met with me promptly, gently explaining all of the unknowns and then guiding myself and my family through the whole funeral process from that day forward. Dean and his team gave us unwavering professionalism, kindness and support. The relationship that Dean built with me and our family allowed us complete trust in his care of our relative and gave us reassuring comfort in the most horrendous time in our lives.
