Crazy delay in their arrival for moving, waited for roughly 4 hours, the movers were alright and did most of the heavy lifting but management needs to step up their game and do better.

They removed our stuff from storage to deliver it to the wrong house (when we had never asked for it to be taken out of storage), then lost the truck with everything in it... worse still, it was supposed to be covered by their insurance - BUT THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY - THEY LIED!!!
THEY USED TO BE CALLED EXTRA MILE MOVERS and changed their name because Fair Trading NSW blacklisted them!!!
Fast Removalist are a SCAM. They stole money from our card, i found out from our bank today! Rang their 1300 and keeps saying it was unavailable!
Fast removalists seriously damaged my floorboards during the move and acknowledged as such on the invoice. They are continuing to evade calls and emails despite promising to on a number of occasions. Disgraceful negligence. I am filing with Fair Trading and engaging my lawyer.
Would not recommend or use this service. Moved Home in October 2017, all was going well until the removalist broke my dining table. They acknowledged it was their fault and made a note on the invoice. Requested I get quotes to replace, which I did. Told me it would take 14 days to respond with a resolution, it is now mid January and after countless follow ups still no outcome. Each time I call I’m told no one is available who deals with these issues! Lodged a complaint with Fair Trading. Will never use or recommend this business to anyone, the way this has been managed is appalling. Zero accountability.
have moved from brisbane to sydney a while ago, it was brilliant experience i had with Fast Removalist. They are professionals they came just on time and im really amazed by the whole experience. Thank you very much for all of you Fast Removalist team
