Lost parcels, useless customer serviceAbsolute joke of a company, only 2 of 3 parcels have arrived. Eta and actual delivery will be plus a week. Don't expect all items to be delivered. And if you want an update send an email they will get back to you in 5 business days. Will not be using this service again and will warn as many others to avoid at all cost. Then fill out a review.....for items I should of received a week ago. Still trying to find out if all parcels were even collected. NOT HAPPY!!!

Very frustrating and stressful
They don’t care about your important documents
Told one company was picking up and then after no show weeks later - I’m going through helll here! - they say it’s with another company
When I investigated - it was never picked up
Paid for a service which never happened
Wonder if they refund!!!
