Where do I start? Came here to have my bridesmaids dresses made. The sample dresses on display were made so well and the fabric was great. On speaking to the dressmaker she seemed to know what she was talking about. She took the girls measurements and they would be ready in 6 weeks. I phoned just before going there and she advised me they would be ready. We returned in 6 weeks in the morning at 10am. She told us to return at 12pm. At 12pm she told us to return at 1.30pm. We returned and the girls tried on the dresses. They were not entirely finished as the hems had to be brought up etc. BUT my goodness, all 3 fitted wrong, all 3 were made different at the front, 1 had stains etc etc etc. She kept trying to fix them while we were there and they just got worse and worse. At 5pm I had had enough and told her I was leaving and taking the dresses as they were BUT refused to pay the full price she quoted. She would not give me the dresses back. Her brother convinced her as he agreed on the poor quality. I did not have a choice but to take the dresses as the wedding was only 3 weeks away. I took them somewhere else and had them fixed.
