My dad was farewelled with dignity and care. Jasmine did exceptional work not only during funeral but also by showing patience when my family was dealing with crucial insurance procedure to get paperwork done as my dad was on a visitor visa here.Jasmine cared about our mental status and never chased us for payment till all the formalities were done which took a long time. Big THANKS to Jasmine and this company who truly puts families first.

Jasmine provided immediate assistance and took care of all the requirements; contacting the hospital and coroner, arrangement of death certificate, communications with other parties and delivery of the ashes. Thankyou Jasmine for making things easy.

The current owner Jasmine in no way reflects the high standards that the business was built upon.
Her attitude is dismissive, language and communication inappropriate, understanding was non-existent and to cap it all when we asked her to be timely in responding to messages and to keep her word with communication she told us to find another funeral director. She already had my mothers body!!!!
I would only recommend that people stay far away from this business.

I would like to thank Family First for their efficient, caring and compassionate services to our dear Aunt who sadly passed away suddenly. My father, who was set to task to organize this funeral contacted this company, with their fast response, all services were organized quickly and efficiently. Nothing was a problem and if anything the representative was going above and beyond our expectations to ensure all went well on the day. The funeral went very smoothly and thank you to the wonderful staff in attendance. We would highly recommend this company for their responsiveness and most of all their caring attitude to all in attendance.

Families First Funeral Services conducted a service for my good mate Bob S. The service at Linley Estate in Kilsyth was very fitting and the wake at the Pig and Whistle was truly reflective of the man he was.
Overall I would recommend this business, the ladies were polite, professional and the service went off without a hitch.

Excellent at "connecting" with our needs, at all levels. Great suggestions for a venue and casket for my father. Doing the extra work for including more unusual elements in the ceremony, and that proving to be a fabulous component of the ceremony that we know Dad would have loved. Bottom line, the Families First mob lead by Carol delivered all we could have expected of a pleasant funeral service, and then delivered beyond what would have been expected. No hesitation recommending them to anyone.

It was tough for myself and family as not only did mum pass but so did dad in a matter of weeks. With no clue on where to start Families First was outstanding not only in their ability to provide the services required but the personal attention and support they paid to my personal loss.
