every aspect of this experience has been poor - appalling customer service, non existent software support, rude communication, large delays causing further delays and huge unnecessary costs, unusable data exports, undisclosed incorrect formats that corrupted data sources, the list goes on - and the only time I witnessed something actioned as a priority, was Invoicing their charges! please consider beforehand, the disruption and frustration from something that is supposed to make life easier not more difficult. very disappointing
