Overpromise and under-deliver. No follow up and poor communication to clients. They managed to bugger up my first lenses for the glasses. Then gave me a different lens whilst waiting for the first to be made again. The promise dates and timeframes but can't keep to them. They say they are going to contact you, but don't so you have to follow them up. Even you say you'll come back in a week they all say fine. When you turn up, they say, oh sorry it's not ready.
[Name removed] was to prepare a new spare glasses set with the alternative lenses. It took at least 6 weeks of me chasing him. Everytime he said he forgot them in studio. "I'll bring them in tomorrow for you to collect Saturday". I ring Saturday, oh, no record and [Name removed] is not here!
In the end I just said, if you can't be bothered, I won't waste my time.
Best to avoid this company if you want glasses. Go somewhere else!
These optometrists make some great quality packages for people. My set from them were fantastic, they were smart and really suited me to a tea. The service was good, as well as ongoing support with my glasses however as you expect with a quality product it also had a quality price so beware of the bill you might receive!
