Great service
Have been going to see Denise for many years, very happy with her. She is thorough and explains everything , never tires of my questions, has all the latest equipment. Would highly recommend her.
Great service. Good for prescriptions glasses but also great for checking on general eye health. I have type 2 diabetes so have found the analytics on eye health very helpful.

The optometrist, Denise, is the best I've seen, by far - she is thorough, she takes time to explain, she has many pro equipment. Her staff are helpful, efficient, professional. I say this from 5+ years of being their customer.
Denise was really helpful and instrumental in getting me into the public health system for my cataract surgery. She gave me advice and tips on what to do in order to help speed up and bring forward my referral. She was also compassionate enough to listen to my concerns whilst I was in the period of waiting. I finally had the surgery last week and really happy with the result. I will see Denise again in the next three weeks for a much-needed post-op check.
My daughter has very bad myopia. She had tried various methods, from atropine to soft lens and now to Ortho-K. We went to Dr Denise upon recommendation from our friend, as our ophthalmologist wasn't very helpful and understanding. My daughter was only 10 years old then and Denise was so patient with us. She took the time to explain the Ortho-K treatment and helped my daughter to become comfortable with using the hard lens. Denise is not only very knowledgeable in the Ortho-K field but also very attentive and understanding in our concerns and needs.

Dr. Denise is a very experienced and professional optometrist who provides very thorough and comprehensive eyecare and offers good helpful advise. For me personally, her thoroughness detected a medical condition that, if left ignored, would have caused serious damage to my eyesight. Eye Care Plus and Dr. Denise are certainly the one team I recommend for eyecare in Springvale and surrounds.
I have been going to Denise for a number of years now. Her eye examinations are extremely thorough, and she explains her findings very comprehensively. She also monitors my Dry Macular degeneration very closely. Her clinic keeps up to date with all the latest advances in eyecare, and her staff is very helpful and friendly.

I have been going to Denise since 2004. I take my children to see Denise as well. My daughter needed to get glasses on her last check up and the staff was so helpful and encouraged my daughter to take her time when picking out a frame. I highly recommend Eye Care Plus Springvale.

They have been my optometrist for more than 10 years and have provide a professional care at personal level, in particular with the variant dry eyes treatment and management options offered. I felt been looked after well and I have my trust with them.

The best frames anywhere, I can always find a comfortable pair of frames there! The service is friendly and eye care is top notch!

I've been seeing Denise for more than 20 years and now with both of my kids too. I wouldn't see anyone else although I have to travel long distance after we moved home a few years ago. Denise is so professional, thorough and attentive. She always spends time during examination with great explanation of all things and provides terrific follow up and after services.

bought my contact lenses here and they wear great. very helpful staff and good explanation about my vision. had a free pair of contact lenses for trial. Good reminder from the place for regular eye check up
Staff do not speak english well, so their explanations about my vision problems were a bit briefer than I would have liked. Their range of frames was not extensive and I struggled to find a pair to buy.
