Exquisite Brows

Been returning to this brow threading salong frequently until I walked in and had my eyebrows threaded not by my usual threader. It was a week before my wedding and I had grown out by brows to make sure it's thick and shapely.

Normally when I go to this place I always request to shape my arch as it drops from the direction of the hair growth but the normally looks great onced groomed. So I had done the same this time and to my dismay I felt alot of pain during the process which is NOT suppose to happen.

When the lady proceeds to pull and tug away at my skin I look at my bloody skin and super thin overplucked eyebrows that are no longer even on one side!!

I panicked, paid and left. However I cried in the bathroom stalls at how horrendous my eyebrows looked and only a few days from my big daay!

I was very angry and returned for a refund on such poor service when more was expected, the ladies who worked there, especially the one that did my brows refused and offered me half my money back and half a credit...at this point I never wanted to return to this brow salon so I was furious and explained what they had done and the consquences of their actions so close to a big event in my life.

There were no remorse or apologies but I almost got my money thrown back at me. I warn everyone who wants to try this place out, you might come out looking worse than you did before so I suggest you don't!!
