Steve has a kind gentle manner and is an excellent listener, enabling him to get to the heart of my hassles. It's been over a week since our session, and I'm so happy to report - No more hair-pulling! A four-year habit done and dusted! And because of that result I feel much calmer and in control of my life.

Definitely would recommend Steve, I went in not being able to breathe that well having sinus issues ect & really didn’t know if Steve could help fix those issues which he has definitely helped me.

I can not recommend Steve at Evolution Hypnotherapy enough!!! When I attended my first session with him I was at my worst mentally With PSTD, anxiety, panic attacks & depression. After just one session i felt major relief. Due to COVID19 I had my next sessions through a zoom call meeting & felt there was no difference to an in clinic appointment, I benefitted just as much. I had 3 sessions with Steve all up & I feel like a new person & back in control of my life again. My family & friends have noticed a major positive change in me. Thank you Steve you are a life saver.

I was a smoker for 28 years before I went to see Steve, I had two visits and have not had a smoke since while it has only been a couple of weeks I feel fantastic and confident that I will remain a fresh air breather thanks again Steve you have given my life back cheers.

I went to Steve to Quit smoking; after 1 session I have not had a smoke since; that was two months ago And i had smoked for 52 yrs and about 40 a day
I was a smoker for 17 years and have now been a fresh air breather for 3 weeks.

I had been a smoker for 39 years, It has now been nearly 3 months since I quit smoking thanks to Steve! Feel so good. I actually thought it would be so hard but after 2 sessions with Steve I have never looked back! I would highly recommend Steve. So nice to call myself a non smoker finally!!

I had been struggling with anxiety for 14 years, Steve has helped me overcome this with his excellent talent in hypnotherapy. I had tried psychologists for years but hypnotherapy seems to have a quicker effect just from the first session (had two sessions in total). Steve has helped me in a way I thought would be much harder when it came to quitting smoking, but after 2 sessions I have not touched a cigarette and have the confidence that I won't in the future. I would highly recommend anyone to Steve for help with giving up smoking or any other conditions

I went to go see Steve about a gambling addiction that took a hold of me that I couldn’t go a Saturday without getting the urge. I got to the point where it was affecting my finances and time away from my family on a Saturday. I was a bit sceptical but at this point I was willing to try anything. I went to two sessions I’m not big on writing reviews but, I can honestly say it has changed my life.It is like you reset the mind of those urges and it feels like a distant memory. I would say is keep an open mind and you have to want to give up your addiction. I would like to thank Steve he has helped me to take control of a gambling addiction and haven’t gambled since and even better I’m spending quality time with my family. I have been a nail biter as long as I can remember since primary school. I am now 42 had one session with Steve and haven't looked back. My nails are growing and I have stopped biting completely. I should of done this earlier. I now won't be concious for our photos on my wedding day

I saw Steve to quit smoking. I left there after my session with mixed feelings but after 14 days I still haven’t touched a cigarette after smoking about 20 a day for 30 years. Wish I had seen him years ago. My follow up appointment was great to reinforce my goals. I highly recommend to all and thank you again for helping to change my life

ITS NOT THE FOOD - IT'S THE ATTITUDE
I am so happy and grateful now that Steve Webb is in my life.
I went to Steve with weight issues a couple of weeks ago for 6 sessions. (I still have 3 to go) I have experienced LIFE CHANGING RESULTS from every single visit. I went weighing 141kg. I was embarrassed and angry with myself for treating my body so badly but i also felt frustrated and angry because I had tried to loose weight in the past - but got so confused by all the information, rules, conflicting advice and the ultimate failure that followed.
Steve quickly helped me understand what was causing my failure and frustrations and has unlocked the power within me to take care of my body in simple, small and manageable steps.
I look forward to the changes that will take place from my next 3 sessions because i know they will completely change how i see myself - and give me more power to eliminate the weaknesses in my mind.

Steve is a professional who knows his stuff and knows how to help people work through their issues. I was surprised at how easy it was to change after only a few sessions and now five months later I am really feeling like the changes are permanent. I am an 82 year old man. When I first came to Steve I was very depressed, had no confidence, I was drinking a 'lot', sleeping badly, and life was too hard. Steve was able to understand what I needed and address that in just the right way. In a very short time all of my problems have gone. I'm now very happy and everything is definitely better - and no taking tablets for sleep or for depression
When I came to Evolution Hypnotherapy I was suffering severe PTSD, depression and anxiety. I didn't want to be on this planet anymore. I felt useless, I hated myself and had no purpose. I felt comfortable with Steve in every way. After 3 sessions it's as if I never felt those terrible thoughts and feelings. I am now doing everything I want to and I couldn't feel any better; I'm 100% in every way.

From the moment I met Steve I was really comfortable with him. I was overweight, an emotional eater, I had low self esteem and other problems. I've tried hypnotherapy before but because I never addressed my reals problems I would improve for a while but then I'd go backwards.
Steve has helped me to address my real problems and I have lost 10 kilos, my self esteem has improved, I no longer emotionally eat, and also I don't blame myself for when my husband comes home from work upset.
I cannot recommend Steve highly enough and will pass on his name if anyone wants to see an excellent hypnotherapist.
After smoking most of my life, I thought I would try Hypnotherapy.
I was sceptical and walked out feeling no different from when I walked in The experience was relaxing but I felt no sense of being hypnotised or indeed that it had any effect on me at all.What I do know is that I have not smoked since.
The 1st 3 days were easy, the 4th day difficult but after that easy again.
I was a serious smoker for 59 years, smoking 5 cigarettes per day when I was 8 years old and by 15, smoking a packet of non filtered Belgian cigarettes a day.
I am now a non smoker-I am not sure how it happened but I am pretty happy about it.

Successful. I found hypnosis relaxing and calming. Steve's voice is calming and I felt very comfortable. I no longer have the urge to smoke. I Highly recommend Steve.
