While I love the Dr. I see at the clinic, the office manager, Nako, is extremely rude. I called to make an appointment. Being a foreigner in Australia, I was trying to ask questions regarding prescription refills and appointments. Nako would not even acknowledge I was asking a question, kept talking over me and rudely said "I've made the appointment" and hung up on me. I kept saying, wait a minute, I am trying to ask a question. I had to call back and talk to another receptionist to get my questions answered. Seems like nako would do well with a course on customer service. I'm surprised that such a great clinic would keep a manager who has no people skills around. What a pity for the patients and what a made impression this sets, especially for new patients.
I like this clinic because their doctors (including my specialist) are very friendly and professional. They always have this relaxing music in the waiting area which I enjoy listening to. The receptionist are helpful and friendly, too. They offer bulk billing. If you need help with mental health issues, I love to recommend the doctors from Evandale Practice. Talk to your GP and get your proper recommendation letter.
