While we did not buy a Ford we were most impressed with the service. Although Richard was new to Etheridge Ford, he was cheery, casual and what he didn't know he made a concerted effort to find out promptly. He placed no pressure on us and was very accomodating.
I arranged for my car to be serviced. They were very courteous, listened to my concerns and serviced the car within the time promised and within the cost quoted. If they found anything extrt needed to be done they rang me first and discussed this with me. I have used a few other Ford dealerships for servicing - and other delaerships for other models - and i consider Etheridge to be the best I have experienced.
