Ethan Thomas Collection

I have tried and tried to get some customer service response from this company and to get a full refund as the product does not do as described. My hair was so dry I could hardly brush it and nil change in tone at all. Just like the nil reply to many emails requesting a reply and a refund.

Not only do I love Ethan’s products, I love his ability to snap back at Karen’s on social media. it’s hilarious to watch.
Also, love that he supports the NDIS. As a parent of an autistic child, I hope he gets a chance in the work force like Ethan is giving.

Ethan’s 5 in 1 treatment saved my hair. It was really dry and damaged, but this product saved it.

The daily duo is great for my hair. He also gave me free samples of other products. Such nice gesture

I wrote an email to this company stating that their Duo's pricing wasn't very clear. Nowhere does it say that they are $39.99 each! Infact it is very misleading saying it's a shampoo and conditioner duo $39.99! Well I got a very rude and unprofessional response!!
'Very clear it's not sold separately'
So now their emails are also contradicting as well!!!

I have white hair and the Black Shampoo is perfect. Because my hair if also fine, I dont use a conditioner as that just softens it too much and with this shampoo - it moisturizes without weighing it down...Excellent product

Customer service is trash. I think the “fame” and popularity of his brand name has gotten to his head. WORST customer service, rude and totally unhelpful! Makes me never ever want to try their products

Purchase the moisture pack for my hair extensions from Ethan Thomas collection and the guy said it was the one to use .
Made them dry and feeling like straw
Contacted him through Facebook ignored my messages then blocked me from the site so I couldn’t comment then made a comment on Instagram
Deleted my comments then blocked me .
DO NOT BUY FROM HIM
PRODUCTS ARE RUBBISH

Made my hair fade instantly. Would nearly class it as a colour stripper. My hair has been bright red for 11 years and have never had a product that took the entire colour out in 1 wash. I purchased after seeing a video on Facebook. Soo disappointed. My hair dresses was speechless.
