I love Etch - I have now been twice and each time wowed by their food. It is fine dining so its not going to be cheap but its worth it. Their caramel tart with burnt butter icecream and earl grey syrup is to die for.
The dining area is attached to a five-star hotel with nice quirky decor.
The ribs really packs a punch in terms of flavour. So good! My partner had the salt and pepper fried squid which was also full of flavour. It definitely wasn't too salty as some places seem to make it. You can taste the squid without too much of that strong seafood smell. :)
For dessert, we had a caramel date with butter ice-cream to share. So thick and creamy and definitely something you'd want to share. It's too heavy for one to finish.
