DO NOT EVER GO TO ESTEEM DAY SPA!!! The owner is the most HORRIBLE person I have ever tried to deal with. She is unreasonable and beyond rude! I have heard this from many ex-staff and previous customers and have today just dealt with it myself. They completely misrepresented their service to me and when I broached the subject with her she refused to even listen to me and just yelled at me telling me to sue her! She is a lunatic and it is no wonder that she goes through staff on a daily basis. Not only will I be processing a charge-back with my credit card company to receive back the funds which they deceived me into paying them, but I will also be reporting them to The Department of Fair Trading for mis-representation. This is the most disgusting service that I have EVER recieved from anyone I have ever dealt with, this is after I had been a loyal customer of theirs and spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them! Believe me when I say that you can get a better service at a much better price elsewhere on The Gold Coast and do yourself a favour and do NOT go to Esteem!
