My request was simple...touch up my ombre and a trim. Since I was new to the salon you thin the first thing the colourist would do is get the colour chart out and make sure the colours they chose match my current hair and or show me how close they can get. But no this did not happen. Then they decided to foil my head (this is when I really got nervous)and then put dark back in the roots and darken my blonde ends????? My hair is blow dried off and she starts cutting. I say 'my blonde is too dark' which is all I could focus on. So then after trying to convince me it's ok I don't budge and they took me back to the sink to do 2 BLEACH WASHES!...which would be ok if my hair wasn't very fine. Then they call the management to come into the salon as they are now running behind. Management comes in washes the bleach out of my hair and starts blow drying. Management doesn't even check the cut which by the way staff didn't even the front out and management asks me what I think. My face says it all and management calls over the "hairdresser" to inspect. Staff asks me what I think and I say "it's not at all what I wanted, everything has changed" by this point I was so upset I could have cried. Staff assured my the warm brown staff put on my roots would calm down and I would be happy in a week. I do not at all give them or the management the response of a happy customer. They charged me $240 and says I can come back if not happy. Not really a help since I fly out tomorrow. I know I shouldn't have paid but I am not that rude. I had to go elsewhere the next day where it was fixed and another $325 later. I recommend going elsewhere, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON. there are some very basic steps a hairdresser should take with new clients and NONE Of these were done.
