Essence For Flowers

Di has a great range of flowers, gifts and plants. I have been known to frequent her shop when I am in the doghouse:) but it is more the fact that she knows her stuff when it comes to her merchandise and her customer service goes above and beyond. Her shop has just moved to our neighboring suburb but I would travel to go here as it beats other similar stores closer to home. Worth a visit.

The flowers are beautiful and the florist is always friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure to shop here.

I first met Di the owner about 4 and a half years ago, unfortunately it was due to sad circumstances as it was to order flowers for my dads funeral, Di was so understanding due to the nature of the order.
Di delivered the flowers to our home and we were blown away at the arrangements which we had ordered. Di also did flowers from friends and family both here and from the U.K. And they too were outstanding, she puts her heart and soul into everything she does and we will always be eternally grateful to her.
We buy our flowers from her every week to take to my dads grave and we buy our other flowers from her too as they always look wonderful and last and last for ages.
It maters not how much you spend at Di's florist she does everything from the heart.
I would recommend her to all friends and family.

I asked for a bunch of flowers to be made up for a friend and she made a fresh bunch with lovely colours all wrapped up beautifully , I found it exceptionally good value and would definitely use this store again.
The owner is very friendly, My daughter was watching her wrap it and she gave her some ribbon to practice making bows at home like she made.

Flowers in Australia are expensive. Very beautiful and still wonderful to receive and give, I think. However, it is the service that this store offers, willingly, without exception, that keeps me going back time after time. It was some time before I learned the florist is the owner. As my then 13 daughter was growing and leaning to be a little more independent picking up the odd loaf of bread. She always came back with one flower! Yes, ONE flower, beautifully wrapped, whether she had 20c, 50c or $1 change the flower varied, but the attention to detail was the same. This florist gave my daughters meager offering respect and time, every time. I went into the shop to introduce myself, and thank her, but we didn't exchange names. So when I called over the phone to have flowers delivered to a friend who became ill, I was just another voice on the phone. It was late in the day, and I expected to be told 'can't deliver until tomorrow', instead the florist said, 'it's not too far I will deliver them on my way home. She could not have identified me as anything other than another paying customer. Several times since, her service has been above and beyond, her flowers always beautiful and fresh, and her arrangements original and willing to compromise on budget, but never value. That customer loyalty keeps me from going anywhere else. Service, with a smile and genuine warmth if seldom found these days. This lady has it for everyone not just her regular customers.

My sisters wedding flowers were done here and they were lovely. I have also had flowers delivered to me from this shop several times and they were also very good quality. I have also used the shop to send flowers to the UK via Interflora.

I used this florist for our wedding flowers in 2007 and they were really great. They gave me good advice regarding what flowers would be in season for the wedding and came up with great ideas for styles that would suit our wedding. The cost was very reasonable and I know always use and recommend this florist. I have odered flowers to be delivered locally and used them for Interflora and they are always great!

Di is extremely helpful with choice and makes up arrangements to suit any occasion. Good range of ready made arrangements. Great prices and good quality flowers that last for ages, unlike the poorer quality the supermarkets sell that wilt and die in a couple of days.
