Our experience of EnviroGroup installing a 5kW system onto our new build was very unsatisfactory. Expected high quality product and customer service for the premium price they charge - reality was poor product knowledge of what they were selling and poor customer service. They after sales follow up was zero... I had to chase them every step of the way to get my issues resolved. Certainly could not recommend them in any way shape or form.
They have since offered me a $500 discount on future purchases, which they subsequently reduced to $300 when they realised they'd be making a loss... pretty poor when i spent $11k with them in the first place!

This is a great place to get information on environmental living. Staff will help you with your purchases, and explain products. Lots of books, enviro toys, water tanks, water pumps and enviro mowers.
