For a company that has such great value. They have such horrible customer service. I was constantly talked over. I was constantly ignored and dismissed. The customer service representatives I spoke with (even the manager!) were extremely rude and arrogant to the point that just barely into a 24 month contract I was forced to go the ombudsman and report them in order to be released from my contract because I was not going to put up with 24 months of being treated as if I had no control over what happened in regards with my account. Many of the staff were rude and unwilling to put me onto supervisors/managers. If you do have an account, pray that you don't have to speak to the customer service for anything.
I heard about this business from a friend. It is a VOIP(Voice over internet provider) for land line phone calls to anywhere in Aust. for 10c with ridiculous rates for overseas. e.g approx 10 mins to Germany for less than $1. It was easy to install & the staff were very helpful. You get a full listing of numbers dialled & I would highly recommend this service or product.

Cant beat the call costs. 0 cents to anywhere in Australia untimed. Just pay $9.95 for plan and $5 extra for Free National calls. Bill used to be $300 plus and now its only about $40.
Had a lot of trouble getting this to work with my router/modem and ended up returning it within the month. No problems in returning the item for contract to be cancelled. Found them helpful when you eventually got through to someone. They are a good value service if your computer setup works with their product.
Joined up to their VOIP plan during a time of transformation at the company (they were busy off their feet apparently). Waited on hold 40 minutes about 3 times. Things didn't work. Complained via email twice. No response. Eventually things were fixed.
