Kristen and the ladies at Cut Loose are very professional, they are both fabulous hairdressers as well as colourists and I have always been extremely happy with how I leave the salon. I could not recommend them highly enough.
Appalling customer service when I made a complaint about having being left with orange banding on my regrowth instead of blonde. The toner used to take out the orange banding coloured my hair very grey. They then had the gall to charge me $75 to repair their incompetent colouring skills. They were blaming me the customer for not wanting foils and only a flat colour. They also said they do not use bleach on hair, but oddly enough they use bleach in their foils to create blonde foils.
Highly recommend this business, very professional, lovely atmosphere, and excellent hairdressers
