Had a very bad experience with ELP.
They didn’t finish the job and left me with half an office to move with no warning. I was simply told they had to go. They conveniently moved all the small items first (that I could have moved in my own car) and then I was left with all the heavy items. It was Christmas time and had no chance of getting another Removalist in to complete the job before our lease was up. Appalling service and wasn’t offered any compensation. Don’t use them

If I could give half a star I would and that's because once the guys actually got there they did a good job. The problem was beforehand. I was lied to, my booking was changed with less than 24 hours notice, they were 5 HOURS LATE. They had no communication skills, wouldn't answer half of my calls.

Highly recommended, great staff, very fast and extremely punctual.

They were fast, excellent packing and best of all: no broken items or chipped furniture!!! They were so careful with all my things. The Staff was very polite, a shout out to the driver Diego who is super kind and always smiling. Highly recommend them.
