Elleisha's Property Services

I strongly advise against using Elleisha's Property Services for cleaning needs. Our experience with their cleaners, assigned through the NDIS program, was subpar. They showed a lack of professionalism and attention to detail, prioritizing floor cleaning while neglecting other crucial tasks like washing dishes.

The final straw was when they left without notifying my ailing mother-in-law, and upon returning, we discovered our entire dish rack had been emptied, with some items, including decades-old Tupperware, stolen. To make matters worse, they missed their scheduled cleaning and have been unresponsive to contact attempts. We're now forced to find a new cleaning company.

We used this company for an end of year clean. We had a fussy real estate that wanted specific areas touched up and Ellisha’s went back to ensure they were happy. Great guarantee of service and peace of mind that the clean will be taken care of

Overall the experience with Elleisha's Cleaning was a bit unsatisfactory. Firstly I was assured a cleaner was available to take the job and then had to wait 3 weeks as they did not have any cleaners available. Secondly the general management seems to be rather disorganised. One rise for this business is that they do have a handful of well trained and effienct cleaners who do a terrific job and go above and beyond what they are required to do. Others are not so great and do a rather poorly job. Inconsistancy is the killer as they say.
