I have been to quite a few naturopath and nutrition experts and Melissa at Elixir is the only one I would recommend. She does a full analysis and testing so you know it's not a generic method that may not suit you. She tailors your treatment specifically for your needs. I have sent 3 of my friends to her and all have said exactly the same as I. Highly recommended.
Don't go expecting a quick fix though, herbal medicine takes time as your body has to build up but it's worth it as you fix the issues rather than finding a temporary cure.
