I purchased car speakers and found that they were to small for the recess where they were to be installed. upon an exchange request by email (no phone number published) I asked to return speakers for a change to the next size up, the speakers are still packaged in original packaging and I stated I was willing to pay difference in purchase price and freight cost. I was emailed the message below.

We are sorry to hear that you no longer require the item that you purchased from us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns due to 'Change of Mind' or 'Incorrect Purchase' as all sales are final unless of course, the product was found to be faulty or defective abided by the Australian Consumer Law. This does not, however, limit your right under the ACL. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the compatibility and suitability of the product prior to purchasing.

I did make a mistake in measurement of the speakers, but I don't understand how a company can sell themselves so short
