By far the worst real estate company we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. In a long, long list of incompetencies, the one that broke us was waiting a month to get the oven replaced, followed up to be told our property manager has been on leave with no out of office details provided, no one else can help as "not their property", full of excuses and then get angry when we contact the landlord direct - do your job properly and within reasonable time frames and we wouldn't need to! I understand they have a duty to keep both parties happy but by not telling the landlord about issues so they can be resolved just angers the tenant and makes them move on quicker! Completely useless and I feel bad for the landlord who has paid them fees for this non-service, cannot stress enough how rubbish this company is and please don't ever waste your money engaging them for anything.

As an investor with a few properties I had a few property managers over the years some good, some not so good. A few years back I came across Elevate while having lunch near by their office so I thought I would go in and review their fees. The fees seemed pretty standard and I found that the more properties I added the higher the discount, I also got referrals should I recommend friends to them.

So I thought I would put one property through them and from the start it was just so easy. They are prompt, great communication, they keep you up to date with your investment and most importantly they actually pay on time if not a little earlier, fantastic as an investor...

Well I now have all my properties through them and am in the process of putting my own place up for rent through them as I relocate for work interstate.
