Electrodry Carpet Cleaning- Brisbane

In Nov 00 I had 2 x 3 seater lounges dry cleaned by Electrodry. The lounges were about 4 years old and still in good condition, they had been protected by Guardsman Fabric Protector from new (which I can highly recommend). We had them cleaned just to freshen them up.
The technician that visited convinced us on the day to purchase their E-Guard fabric protection.
After 6 months the lounges looked very warn an dirty. It was obvious the E-Guard had not worked, but in fact seems to attract dirt! I called Electrodry and they sent a technician to inspect. I wanted a refund on their (useless) E-Guard and the lounges cleaned back to a reasonable standard so I could again apply Guardsman.
The response from their 'management' was that they only warrant for 2 weeks (although consumer law demands a product must be fit for purpose for a reasonable expected lifetime). Their web site claims "provides protection that keeps them looking cleaner for a longer period of time – even after heavy traffic"
Unhappy with this I have made 5 calls to their call centre. The Area Manager for Brisbane, Justin, has not even had the common decency to return my call. He has no business ethics - I suspect he knows the failing of his products.
So as of today I wait for the illusive Justin to return my call. One wonders when he will have the guts to do so.

Diappointment in this company took over 1 and half days for carpet to dry and still left marks on the floor. The cost was expensive for 1 & 1/2 rooms and 5 rugs $233.00.That took him just an hour and then there was patches that looked likes burn marks or where the machine had pulled the carpet. Not to mention that the 1/2 room did't even look like he had done it with the marks still there.

Cancelled my booking 1 wk before Christmas!!! I'd had the booking for a month previous.
Left a voicemail saying that their technician was unavailable 24hrs prior to the appointment (if I'd have given such short notice then there would have been financial ramifications!)
They had no alternative. I now have no service as it's a nightmare finding anyone available this close to Christmas - which is why I booked so early in advance.
On the phone I told them that they left me no option but to leave an honest review - no response.
Terrible, unreliable service - don't leave yourselves frustrated - find another operator.

My furniture was left splattered with washing solution which I had to wash off. Mats were not cleaned properly.

In my eyes when you need your lounge cleaned - these are the only guys to call. The dry so quick, Our lounge looks like new! before electrodry came and cleaned our worn out brown corner lounge I wanted to chuck it. So glad I paid just under $200 to have it cleaned! Saved so much.

Used Electrodry Carpet cleaning Company to clean the grout between my tiles and the tile themselves, would highly recommend thee guys a they did a wonderful job and my bathroom looked brand new! they turned up on time and acted in a professional and friendly manner. they have great price to!

I found Electrodry to be fantastic in many ways. From the minute I tried to book them to when the job was done, they were extremely professional and friendly. They accommodated my short time frame and were able to remove stains which a previous carpet cleaner had been unable to achieve. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly be using them in the future.

Steve & Luke from ELECTRODRY, did the carpets for me. I would like to say that we were really impressed with how the carpets came up. There's 1 bedroom that we were really concerned about but they made it look amazing. I am very pleased with the result.

Alan came to do my lounge this morning. I just want to say what a fantastic worker he is. My lounge looks beautiful. He was very helpful. Everything is lovely. Pleasure to have in the house. He even moved a few pot plants for me too. as I have been quite disabled this past year and it was so good to ask him to move my 2 plants so that I could trim them and he was able to put them back again for me.
Not every one wants to help the elderly. A real gentleman is Alan. Thank him again for me please.

Nick from Electrodry was absolutely brilliant. He was very professional and efficient. He came to remove a stain on a minutes notice and did a wonderful job.
He was very honest about the condition of my carpet and only advised what was necessary. I have had people come before and they insist more work needs to be done in order to get a bigger sale!
I would highly recommend Nick to anyone and will definitely have him back to clean my carpets again.

We had James from Electrodry clean our mattress and seats for us and he did a fantastic job! He was punctual and it took the same amount of time to do the job as I was advised when i booked it in. Great work!

I tried Electrodry for the first time yesterday and I am so happy with the job. The carpets are old but have come up so clean and fresh. My house smells beautiful. I will definetly be getting them back next time they are due to be cleaned. Thanks to Daniel for being very courteous, helpful and for doing such a great job, much appreciated. We got our carpets cleaned on one of the specials that they usually have going. For what we had done, it was well worth the cost. They really did a good job of cleaning the carpet.

The service that I received was excellent.the consulant arrived at the appointed time he was curteous and well mannered, he vacumed and cleaned my carpets in a professional manner
and was very informative, Explaining to me about the cleaning process and the extra services they do for the furniture.

We recently had a couple of rooms and a rug cleaned by Nathan at Electrodry. Overall we were very happy the service we received. Nathan was very friendly and helpful.The cleaning was done quickly and efficently and the carpets looked great when they were done. We even ended up paying less than the original quote as the rooms were not as big as expected. Will certainly use again.

I would love to make a recommendation for this company but especially RON FENNER.

Ron was on time but we were not. (They were a person down that day so he was flat out trying to fulfil all of the jobs.) He did offer to come back later, but we asked him to stay and he was kind enough to do so. I know we put him behind but he did not complain and did a great job.

The carpet looked fantastic; better than we when we moved in.

What impressed me the most was Ron's attitude and professionalism

Had lounge dining and hallway done. I went out (1hr) while Nathan did the carpets upon my return I thought it was clean, pretty average, 30- 40mins later. Wow!!! The carpet looks amazing!!! I am really impressed it looks like it originally did when we first moved in 4 yrs ago!!! Thank you so much :) I highly recommend this company and will book in again end of lease. Ps. Had this company do my home carpets and 2 complete lounge suites. Was not happy with the final outcome of it all, the carpets looked clean on the top but not deep down.

I didn't think that our carpets really needed a clean, however my better half thought we did. We had our carpets cleaned by Cory... and he did a fantastic job, he was so knowledgeable about any question I asked regarding our carpets, we even bought a bottle of carpet cleaning liquid after he showed us how easily it removed a grease sain from our carpets. He was in and out within the hour, so quick, and my carpets look brand new! Thank you so much! Will use these guys for sure again!

I had my Carpet cleaned by Brendon from Electrodry, he did a fabulous job, and it is great value for money. I love the fact that I can still have my carpet cleaned, even after all the rain we have had, they dry perfectly, and you never get the horrible smell you sometimes get with normal wet carpet cleaning, because they have not dried properly. This is the second year I have used Electrodry and I won't go anywhere else. Thanks Brendon.

HAd a large lounge suite and all the carpets cleaned. They are old and very stained but they came up pretty good! Corey is a great technician who explained everything as he went. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He did a great job and was pleasant the whole time.

Recently we had our carpets cleaned again by Brendon from Electrodry Sunshine Coast. He did an excellent job so today we had our lounge suite cleaned by him, result, it looks new again.Thanks Brendon.
