These guys are consummate professionals.
Ivan from Eleconnect called at the expected time and penciled in a delivery & installation of a new oven, and the removal of the old one.
At time of delivery, his young team arrived on time and handled themselves with utmost courtesy. Despite carrying a heavy oven up 3 flights of stairs, these guys did it with care and super efficiency. They removed the old unit and made sure the oven area was cleaned thoroughly before installing the new unit.
Once the new oven was installed, they took the time to run me through the basic controls and running-in procedure for this particular model. It's reassuring to know your installers know each make and model of appliance they fit. All this in 20 minutes!
I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Ivan's crew at Eleconnect. In fact, we're used to purchasing from Aplliances Online but from now on, we'll do our shopping at The Good Guys in Essendon if it means we have Eleconnect looking after all our installations.
These guys are mighty impressive.
Ivan at ELEConnect brings new meaning to a positive trade experience. His customer service is impeccable, and he's great at letting you know if he's been held up at another job which I find is rare with tradesman. I cannot recommend him highly enough to do your electrical work.
