Egan Valuers

All things considered an appalling experience - the valuation was off by over 50%! The valuation process was seriously flawed - not aligning with basic trend data for the area. Egan failed to speak to the property sales agent to ascertain the level of buyer interest in property. They delivered their valuation on the same day an offer was accepted on the property.

Egan refused to acknowledge a single problem other than that i was unhappy with the service. (They clearly didn't give a toss that the valuation was out by over 50%.) They also clearly don't know the meaning of customer service - it took me over 4 months & further prompting to get a customer service response to my formal complaint. Egan refused to so much as offer a partial refund.

So AVOID AVOID AVOID; don't waste your money like I did. Look elsewhere or better yet, spend a day and do your own research with freely available property data on the web.
