This is a great gym .my wife attends the gym and has excelled . they are great bunch of people and occasinally have great events away from the gym both socially and also against other gyms to encourage fitness and rivalry ...Glen the owner trainer is also great and a top bloke as well ..Dont be fooled this is a great gym ..with a social side ..but not a pick up gym ....
