I entered the shop the store was quiet and it took a little bit of time to get some help, although when I did get help they were able to answer my questions, I was looking at the new Call Of Duty and they didnt have any stock, but were able to order it in for me
i bought call of duty-black ops for pc bro,the guy at the counter told me about his playing experience and got me all hyped up,i couldnt wait to get home.he also told me about up upcoming releases so i was well up to date when i left the store

Great range of games and excellent trade in options. When you get tired of those old games bring them back to EB to swap for something else. They had a sale last month and I manage to pick up the fallout 3 Game of the year edition for only $25. What a bargain! They also give you the option to pre-order games. Excellent service and the staff are also very knowledgeable and will try to assist you as best as they can.
Everything there is pretty expensive, the lines are always huge and you have to wait for a while and its some times hard to get service but all items there are the highest quality and they quite often have sales that bring down the prices by a huge amount.
i would have to say that any gaming electronic store that is able to beat any store and a further 10% off is amazing.. who doesnt want to get their games cheaper than anywhere else.
the staff are very helpful and knowlegdeable, I have purchased quite alot of games and equipment and am a regular customer. everytime I visit the store the staff are quick to enquire to if they can help me with anything and also give great advice on new games they also tend to help with budget purchases

Bought a game recently, & when I returned home, my son said he already had it. I was able to take the game back for a full refund without any problems. They welcomed me back at any time to choose another game at my leisure. No pressure.
