This shop is a really great store. I purchased a ps4 console deal that included four games of my choice. The kids were super happy and told all of their friends.
Really good. The staff are nice and the store is always kept immaculate. The products are in great condition and the prices aren't too bad. However, it is located outside Broadway shopping centre
Not really packed , fair service, easily found the game i needed , no fuss , quick and convenient. staff and service was fair as he was quite busy with another customer but attended to me straight after.
This EB isnt quite as busy as some of the other stores i have been too around Sydney which is good in terms you arent being bumped or pushed around by people as you look for the games your after. However the service is a bit lacklustre, they arent that helpful in answering questions pending game releases or what happens with preorders etc. I was quite dissapointed. However seeing as tho it is EB they generally have stock of almost any title you would want and trade almost any game so you definitely get what you want 99% of the time. If you really need a game, you can get it so thats a good thing to know if you are impatient :)
